Reception

Our Reception will also be held at the Wigwam Resort. The reception will begin at approximately 5:15-5:30pm, and will go until 9:30ish. We will be having late night Hor D'oeurves for those who wish to stay, and visit with us, after everyone has the chance to go back to their rooms, change, and come back out to the bar area.  


Menu and Food Choices:


Everyone will have a choice of one of three entrees, please review the following choices, and include that in the notes selection of your RSVP:


Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Chimichurri Sauces (kind of a garlic sauce) Note: steak will be cooked medium to medium well, some pink in the center.


Chorizo and Masa Stuffed Chicken with Red Chile Cream sauce:  little bit of some spice, not bad at all, the red chile cream sauce is mild, chicken is breaded.  Very moist chicken.


Mustard Glazed Double-Cut Pork Chop with Carbernet Reduction: very thick and juicy pork chops, we liked these as well.


Salad will be: Garden Greens, Julienne Carrots, Radishes, Cucumbers, Green Peas, Dried Cranberries, and Herb Vinaigrette or Ranch dressing.


Entree Sides will be: roasted garlice mashed Yukon potatoes, carrots, and broccolini (a hybrid mix broccoli and kai-ian) it is steamed and crunchy, I have to admit I liked it and I don't like cooked broccoli.


Cocktail Hour after the wedding:  Hors D'oeuvres that will be served - Thai Chicken Satay (make with peanut oil), Mahcego Cheese with Black Olive Tapanade on Crostini.
