Welcome to the beautiful Riviera Maya, Mexico!
Resort: Grand Palladium

Brandon and Amanda have set aside a block of rooms for their guests at a special rate. All rooms must be reserved by June 1, 2013. After this date any rooms that are not booked will be dropped from their block. The rate to reserve each room is $100.00 per person. Feel free to cooridinate with other guests in order to book your rooms accordingly. Below is the information of their travel agent, Harry Pierson, who will be the one you want to contact to reserve your room.

ajd5095@gmail.com
Room rate is $658 per person for a 7 night stay. This rate includes a standard room for 7 nights, airport transfer, all meals, and all non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages for 7 days.
Travel Dates: November 12, 2013-November 19, 2013.
Please feel free to shorten or extend your stay depending on individual preference.
Suites are also reserved at a different rate.
Air Transportation:
Guest are free to book their own flight through the agent of their choice or ask Dani for help. The reason for seperate bookings is due to flexibilty, departure cities and times.
Due to the popularity of trips to Mexico at this time, we urge you to call early to make your airline reservations or book online!
Transportation to Resort:
A shuttle bus from the resort will meet every flight that has our guests arriving on. There will be representatives from the resort directly outside the customs area, with signage. If you prefer to rent a car, (which we don’t recommend as the roads aren’t exactly state of the art), there is a rental agency at the Airport, and our travel agent will reserve one for you in advance. Just ask her when you make your other reservations.
Weather to Expect:
As we end hurricane season in Mexico, expect to have sun filled days ranging from 77-85 degrees! Bring your suit, shorts, and sunblock! Light jackets at night might be needed, especially after that sunburn!
Dress for Wedding Ceremony:
The couple asks that guests dress semi-formal for the wedding. The ceremony itself will be at a beach pavillion so no need to worry about sinking heals!
The remainder of the trip is beach casual. Relax! Overdressing will have penalities! Take a week off from your business casual routine.
Tip: Men must wear long pants to a la carte restaurants.
Children Activities:
The resort does provide a childcare center for children to engulf themselves in fun activities such as games, arts and crafts, etc! They are very dependable!
