How Can I book my trip?

We are working with Storybook Trips to book our package. She is great and will help with quoting, booking, and she will be sending information to all of our guests.

I've been searching travel sites and found a low price, can Storybook Trips price match?

Storybook Trips offers very competitive pricing! We can price match if needed, (but sometimes not) Apple Vacations doesn't always price match. When booking through Storybook Trips, you'll receive a group discount, be recognized by the resort as part of the Kauzlarich Wedding Group, credits will be given to the couple, and you'll receive a $50 discount off of your booking.

Will we save money having 4 people in a room?

All-inclusive resprts costs are priced on a per person basis. Most rooms are made for up to 3 adults 1 child or 2 adults 2 children. When trying to book a room with 4 adults the resprt will force you to book a suite or higher priced room actually resulting in a higher price per person.

Why did my vaction cost more than others?

There could actually be lots of factors to cause this. Most likely it is due to airline prices. Prices change daily, the earlier you book the less of an issue this will be. There are lots of other factors that affect pricing like room type, number of nights, number of guests, etc.

When is the best time to book my vacation?

The sooner you book, the better flight options you will have. Once you get within 4 months of departure prices start to see fluctuations. Quite often 5-8 months out is the most common time to book. The bride and groom will appreciate early bookings to guarantee room availability at their resort. 

Can I book my trip with a deposit and make payments?

Yes and no. Some airlines will allow you to book your trip with a $200 deposit per person and some others will require full fares paid at the time of booking. Most packages will require only a $200 deposit to secure your reservation. Final payment is typically due 60 days in advance. 

Do I need a passport for Dominican Republic?

Yes, please do this no later than 6 weeks prior to departure to receive your passport on time. More information and application directions can be found at How to apply for a Passport 

Can I book airfare separately and only the hotel stay through Storybook Trips?

You are certainly able to book your airfare separately and only book the hotel through the group if you choose. We typically suggest booking air at the same time as your hotel stay to be able to obtain discounted package rates, have the ability to be on the same flight as other guests, and to utilize our customer service during travel if needed. If you have free miles or free flights, you can book airfare on your own and your hotel through Storybook Trips.

Yes, of course! This is a family friendly resort with an amazing kids club. Your kiddos will love it here!

Can I bring a plus one?

Yes!! The couple wants you to enjoy your time in Punta Cana with your loved ones!

When is the bride and groom traveling?

They will be traveling April 17th-April 27th

Where are the local hot spots outside of the resort?

Punta Cana is a great destination! There is a dive shop and excursions desk right at the resort. There are plenty of folks in the hotel lobby to help plan and setup activities. Many folks like to take a day trip to Saona Island. Coco Bongo is about a 15 minute ride from the Grand Palladium complex if you are looking for a fun night out. 

What is the dress code?

It's a beach wedding!! Dress comfy and casual!!
