We have 10 rooms reserved under Bulat/Nugent Wedding at the Wigwam Resort. Address is: 300 East Wigwam Boulevard, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340. Phone number is 623-935-3811. We can always add more rooms, but we have contracted 10 for now, because we are responsible for the rooms if they don't get booked, so please book your room as soon as you know you would like to stay. We only reserved the rooms for the night of the wedding, but you can book as many nights as you like, before and after the event. If you book more than one night, it will count towards our 10, which is perfect! Please let us know if you book a room, and for how many nights, so we can keep track and make sure that we have enough rooms at the discounted price. You can do that by placing a comment in the blog section of this site, or emailing us at vab0418@gmail.com. It is a resort, so the price is for a "resort type facility" not your standard hotel.
Here are the costs:
Traditional Adobe Room: $179.00 a night, discounted resort fee of $12.00 a night (this fee covers room internet, room coffee, fitness center, daily newspaper, overnight self-parking, 10% off golf retail, daily fitness classes, round trip porterage charge, and room attendant gratuity), plus tax.
The group rate is honored 3 days before and three days after the the wedding.
Payment: they will require a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night of each reservation at the time you make the reservations. The deposit is refundable if you notify them of cancellation at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Your block is all set up for reservations. Your guests can call 800.327.0396 or use the link below to make their reservations. When guests call they will want to ask for the Bulat / Nugent Wedding Rooms or RES CODE: BND30ACI, this will assist our agents to find your block of rooms. When booking online they have to use the RES CODE.
Please bear in mind that guests will be asked for a credit card at the time of booking and that credit card will be charged for one night’s room and tax. If guests should need to cancel they must do so within seven (7) days of arrival in order to have the deposit refunded. If they cancel inside of seven (7) days the deposit is forfeited.

If you try to make reservations, and they tell you that our block of rooms are full, please let us know and we will add more rooms to our block. We are not sure how many people will be booking rooms for the night, so we did not know how many rooms to reserve. We can always add more, just let us know! Thank you!
