Hi All!
You have all been a special part of our lives, thank you for joining us as we start the next chapter of our lives!
We have been together for so long and have acquired most of what you would find on a typical wedding registry (we have TWO blenders AND a beautiful full set of dishes!) We decided rather than register for more things, we would put your generosity to good use and take our dream honeymoon. Since Nick proposed to Jess in Rivera Maya, Mexico, we have decided to return there for our honeymoon. Thank you all for your gifts and for being a part of our lives!

Recently designated as one of the new Seven Wonders of the World, this is an extraordinary visit to one of the most impressive archaeological discoveries on the planet! We will marvel at the construction of massive structures such as the Kukulcan Pyramid, designed by Mayan architects without modern day technology, test the acoustical magic in the largest ball court in the Americas and walk the same paths as Mayan priests did centuries ago to offer sacrifices to their gods at the Sacred Well. After the tour, we will visit to a cenote at Ik Kil, where we can refresh in the cool, mystical waters and take advantage of another amazing photo!

Riviera Maya Snorkeling Adventure Tour

On our honeymoon, we will take the Riviera Maya Snorkeling Adventure Tour and enjoy a “Robinson Crusoe” type day away from the busy beaches and pools of our hotel! We’ll jump into the warm Caribbean waters and swim with colorful tropical fish and the amazing diversity of marine life as we marvel at the coral formations on the Great Mayan Reef, the second largest reef system in the world. Small launches will take us just a short distance from the beach out to the reefs and return back from our snorkeling session so we are not on the water the entire day. Once we are back on shore, we will relax on a private, powder-soft beach as we indulge in a delicious Caribbean barbecue lunch of grilled chicken, local fish and tasty meat tacos served right there on the beach. Later in the afternoon, we will head out for another snorkeling session on the reef. There is also beach volleyball, hammocks, cervezas and tequila to complete a terrific, laid-back day in paradise!

Mayan Xtreme Tour

The Mayan Xtreme Tour from the Riviera Maya will leave us energized with the adrenaline rushes delivered from “zipping” and rappelling 70 feet above the jungle floor! This half day adventure takes us into the unspoiled tropical jungle for a thrilling zip-line circuit with three electric rides totaling 2,525 feet. The rappel station challenges our bravado as we lean out over jungle canopy and “float” back down to earth. Later, we will cool off with a refreshing swim and some snorkeling through an underground cavern with a captivating landscape of astounding rock formations. After all the action, we will relax with lunch sampling regional cuisine and ice cold beverages. This will be the perfect activity for our romantic getaway!
